Dating back to the eighteenth century, Quinta da Cabrita is a small farm of 30 acres exceptionally well located amidst lush countryside only 4 miles from Santarém, a town of rare beauty and impressive historic heritage. The nearest beaches at Foz do Arelho are 30 miles away and Lisbon, the Portuguese capital, is easily accessible at a distance of only 40 miles. Both these locations are easily and quickly accessed by motorway links.

The peaceful rural landscape is ideal for relaxing walks or alternatively, to be explored on horseback with the nearest riding centre conveniently situated less than half a mile away. The Quinta has been lovingly restored retaining all its original character and now offers very comfortable cottage type accommodation with a high level of both equipment and decor.

There are four cottages all with their own private terrace and access to both the garden and swimming pool areas. All have air conditioning in the bedrooms and ample lounge areas with both TV and hi-fi units. The kitchens are all fully fitted and well equipped and all have dishwashers. Outside there are extensive, well tended lawned gardens dotted with a number of mature trees and a variety of shrubs and flower borders. The area around the swimming pool (4 x 12m) is surrounded by mature hedges and features a gazebo with a large table ideal for dining outdoors.
