Accessed through remote controlled gates and set within a fragrant orchard of lemon and orange trees, Casa das Flores is situated in the popular Vale de Parra area less than a mile from the nearest beaches at Galé and around 3 miles from Albufeira. Guia, with its excellent choice of restaurants and popular shopping centre, is around 2 miles away. Within walking distance there is a good choice of restaurants and small shops ideal for everyday needs.

Casa das Flores is an excellent conversion of a typical Algarvian farmhouse. A self-contained annexe was added at a later stage making this a very spacious villa sleeping up to 14 people. It has just been partly refurbished thus improving its facilities and level of comfort.

The villa is equipped to a good standard but outside is where it comes into its own with its extensive patio areas around the swimming pool (6x12m). The colourful bougainvillea and geranium covered walkway shade the tiled table and seating area next to the purpose built barbecue.

In the original house, accommodation consists of one twin and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge with air conditioning and an open plan kitchen and dining area. In the annexe there are one twin and three double bedrooms, three bathrooms (two with shower only), a lounge/dining area also with air conditioning and a further open plan well-equipped kitchen.

In addition, there is a tennis court within the extensive grounds, which is shared only with Casa do Campo.
