Casa do Monte is a comfortable two storey villa situated in the quiet rural hamlet of Caliços between Alcantarilha and the seaside resort of Armação de Pêra and within easy reach of some of the best beaches in the Algarve. The village of Guia with its selection of good value restaurants and Albufeira with its famous nightlife are between 5 and 10 minutes drive away.

On the first floor there is a double master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and doors leading to a private balcony. Downstairs, accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms both with adjacent bathrooms (one with shower only) and both with doors leading out to a raised terrace area.

In addition there is a well equipped kitchen with washing machine (maid's use only) and a large comfortable sitting/dining room with fireplace.

Outside, the large floodlit pool (5 x 11m) with integral roman steps, is set within attractive terraces and a well established secluded garden with lawned areas and a variety of shrubs and fruit trees.
