A well-furnished villa, which has been equipped to a high standard. It is close to golf courses, the stunning beach and a good selection of facilities in Quinta do Lago.

The villa is set on one level and accommodation comprises an entrance hall with traditional wooden furnishings and cloakroom, a comfortably furnished living room with cable television. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with country style furniture.

Both the living and dining rooms have terrace doors opening onto a shaded terrace. A door leads from the dining room to the fully fitted well-equipped kitchen. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a door to the outside courtyard with a drying area.
