Villa Theresa is a one storey villa set within its own secluded grounds, situated in a quiet countryside location close to the small village of Guia (approx. 1 mile away). Equally the beaches at Galé, Castelo as well as the golf course at Salgados are all within easy reach (2 miles).

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with french doors leading out to the front garden and two twin bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one with shower only.

The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped and has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
